At The Bohemian Homes, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand our shipping process, delivery timelines, and related terms.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Timelines (TAT)

Our standard delivery timelines are as follows:

Total Turnaround Time (TAT):

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, locations, or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS will be sent.
  • Tracking details will be shared to help you monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Courier partner operational issues
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

The Bohemian Homes shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The courier partner may attempt re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts or reshipment requests.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Do not discard the packaging.
  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  • Record an unboxing video whenever possible.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after the specified period may not be eligible for resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our support team before placing an order.
