Yes, all purchases are fully insured while in transit until they are delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. Once signed for, the responsibility for the item passes to you.
Any damage occurred within the delivery period will be borne by TBH provided the customer shares a unboxing video of the product received on the day of the delivery.

For our foreign based clients, kindly note, We are a small business and shipping internationally is charged mostly on volumetric weight as well as actual weight and any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer on actuals by their respective countries.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our product ; unless it comes broken, incomplete, or is a mismatch to your purchaseed order, we will see to it that you receive either your intact loved piece or a refund if requested on the day of delivery.
we don’t have a return policy unless the product received is damaged or different from the product ordered. We recommend you make a unboxing video upon receiving the shipments for us to review and justify.
We happily replace products that are received damaged or different or if any technical mishaps occur within 30 days of delivery.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange any of the products.
