100%! All our pieces are made of 14-karat gold and never plated. For our flagship collection we use gray diamonds, black diamonds, and opals. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them forever.

All of our pieces are handmade by artisan goldsmiths in the Philippines. Coming very soon, we will take you into our studios so you can take a peek at the painstaking process involved in making LIMNIA pieces.

We purchase our gold from the Philippines, and, our stones and diamonds from Bangkok and India. While we can certify that our stones are conflict-free and ethically sourced, we are currently tracking the source of our gold.

We love collaborating on new designs especially when it involves a piece you love so much. Due to the size of our operation, we are unable to do any custom work right now. But if it means so much to you, shoot us an email at team@limnia.com and we will see what we can do.

Shipping

Our online store now offers free 3-5 day shipping for US domestic addresses only, regardless of what you order.

If you live in any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, LIMNIA will deliver to you. Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, but they will get there.

Shipping to these states will take a bit longer. Expect about 12-16 days from the time of your order.

1) Ground: (5-8 days): Always free.


2) Expedited (2-3 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $25


3) Overnight (1-2 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $35

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. All orders placed after 12 pm PT are processed the following day. Our UPS or Fedex courier will then pick it up from us and be on his way to bring the pieces to you. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at team@limnia.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at team@bijoux.com

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at team@bijoux.com.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, that you have the proof of purchase and that you’ve obtained the shipping label from us. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

Yes. We take custom orders at a minimum order of 8000/rs Custom orders variably large in size, are exclusive of shipping tariffs. Shipping prices are on actual for customised orders.
Each product is delivered to you after it has cleared a strict quality check . We give a 30 day replacement if the product suffers any discolouration or cracks due to climate conditions.
we recommend you hang your fav pieces inside where there is no exposure to direct sunlight as it tends to cause breakage and discolouration.

we don’t have a return policy unless the product received is damaged or different from the product ordered. We recommend you make a unboxing video upon receiving the shipments for us to review and justify. We happily replace products that are received damaged or different or if any technical mishaps occur within 30 days of delivery.
